HOW DOES ALL-ON-X WORK?

If you require dentures but have insufficient bone structure to support more than four implants, you may be an excellent candidate for All-on-X implants. The initial phase of the All-on-X process involves taking impressions and x-rays of your teeth. Dr. Bridget or Dr. Ellen will then develop a personalized treatment plan and discuss sedation options for your comfort during the procedures.

During the first procedure, the implants will be surgically placed in your mouth. To safeguard the implants during the healing process and while your custom dentures are being crafted, a temporary restoration will be fitted. After a healing period of 4 – 6 months, you’ll return to receive your custom dentures.

It’s common to experience some discomfort in your gums following implant surgery. Our team will provide guidance on dietary restrictions and proper cleaning instructions for your temporary dentures to ensure optimal healing and comfort.
